- 2 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 2 pounds small curd cottage cheese
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 pound grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 pound butter, melted
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and spoon into a 2-quart casserole. Bake 45 minutes or until set.
